Your name, email address, mobile number, and optionally your company or brand, Instagram username, job title, industry, profile type, service interests and any note you choose to write. We also record which event you registered at, the QR or campaign source, and your consent choices with the date and time.

To build the Helio Studio creative community, invite relevant contacts to future events, share studio updates and creative opportunities, and respond to interest in our services.
Who processes it
Your details are stored in Helio Studio's contact database, hosted by selected service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Data is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they remain relevant to the creative community, and review records periodically. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details, and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time. Write to privacy@heliostudio.com and we will action your request.
